In a prime Central Location, Soteria delivered a complete end-to-end solution for a boutique collection of 30 luxury apartments.
Our team designed all FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), including lighting, kitchen appliances, and soft furnishings, ensuring each residence reflected the highest standards of contemporary living.
We managed a professional photoshoot, developed a dedicated website, and oversaw all marketing. Uniquely, we implemented an exclusive rental strategy, refraining from using mainstream property portals to cultivate an aura of prestige and privacy. This resulted in 100% occupancy and a remarkable £1 million turnover.

This flexible, market-driven approach helped the building achieve a record £1.8 million turnover in 2024. Soteria also led the design of the building’s website and digital marketing, resulting in over 335 reviews on Booking.com with an outstanding 8.9/10 rating - well above the local average.
